Privacy Policy

How the AutoQME website handles information.

Last updated: May 10, 2026

Scope of this policy

This privacy policy covers the public AutoQME website at autoqme.com. It does not cover a not-yet-launched application product, because that product is in development and not yet available. When AutoQME has a usable product, a separate, fuller policy will apply to that product, and this page will be updated to reference it.

Who operates this site

AutoQME is currently operated by Varun Patibanda, MD. AutoQME is not yet incorporated. As the product moves toward launch, operations will transition to a formal business entity, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

What we do not collect through this website

  • We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this website. No protected health information should be submitted unless appropriate agreements and safeguards are in place.
  • We do not run advertising trackers, marketing pixels, third-party identity-graph scripts, or session-replay tools.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share any visitor information with data brokers or marketing networks.

What we may collect

Email correspondence. If you email reportwriter@autoqme.com, we receive your message, your email address, and any information you choose to include. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence.

Aggregate, non-identifying analytics. The website may use privacy- preserving analytics that count page views, referring sources, and approximate geographic regions. Such analytics do not use cookies, do not fingerprint visitors, and are not tied to individual identities. If we change the analytics provider in a way that affects user privacy, this policy will be updated and the change disclosed here.

Server and security logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) maintains standard request logs for security, abuse prevention, and performance. These are retained according to the provider’s policies and accessed only when required for legitimate operational reasons.

Cookies

The public AutoQME website does not set advertising cookies. It may set strictly necessary cookies required by Cloudflare for site security and performance. If we add non-essential cookies in the future, we will provide notice and an appropriate consent mechanism.

Children

AutoQME is intended for physicians and medical-legal professionals. The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Information security

The website is served over HTTPS. Email sent to AutoQME is processed through standard commercial email infrastructure with transport-layer encryption between major providers. We make no representation that ordinary email is suitable for protected health information. No PHI should be sent via email or through this website unless appropriate agreements and safeguards are in place.

Your choices

If you have corresponded with us via email and want to know what we hold, request correction, or request deletion, contact reportwriter@autoqme.com. We will respond.

Legal requests

We will respond to legally valid government requests for information, subject to applicable law. If we receive such a request, we will narrow our response to what is legally required, and where we are permitted to do so, we will notify the affected party.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will mark it clearly.
