In pre-launch development
A quieter way to prepare QME-style reports.
AutoQME is a workflow tool, in development, for the physicians who actually write medical-legal reports — and for the attorneys who depend on those reports being thorough, on time, and unmistakably the physician’s own work.
Who AutoQME is for
Built for the people on both sides of a medical-legal record.
Physicians performing QMEs
Reduce the hours spent reading, organizing, and outlining records before a report can even be written. Spend that time on clinical reasoning instead.
Medical-legal professionals
A consistent record summary surface, predictable formatting, and traceable citations back to source documents — designed with the report’s eventual audience in mind.
Attorneys working with physician evaluators
Reports that come back faster, with clearer reasoning and tighter source linkage — because the physician spent their time on the analysis, not on assembling the file.
What AutoQME helps with
The work that happens before writing the report.
Organizing records
Bring scattered records into a consistent, browsable structure — chronological, by provider, or by issue — so the physician can navigate the file instead of searching it.
Summarizing medical history
Generate structured summaries the physician reviews, edits, and verifies. The physician decides what stays in the final report.
Identifying key issues
Surface relevant findings, gaps, and inconsistencies — never as conclusions, only as starting points the physician can confirm or set aside.
Supporting physician-supervised report preparation
Reduce the mechanical work of assembly. The clinical reasoning, the opinions, and the signature stay with the physician.
Our stance
A time-saver, not an autopilot.
AutoQME is being built as a tool for physicians — not as a system that produces medical-legal reports on its own. The physician reviews everything. The physician edits. The physician signs. The opinions in a final report come from a human clinician who has done the work.
What AutoQME aims to remove is the time tax — the hours of reading, sorting, and outlining that come before the actual analysis. Time the physician would rather spend thinking, and time the attorney would rather not be billed for waiting on.
Where we are today
Pre-launch, and intentionally cautious about PHI.
AutoQME is currently in development. The product is not yet generally available, and we are not accepting protected health information from the public.
No protected health information should be submitted unless appropriate agreements and safeguards are in place.
AutoQME is evaluating secure healthcare workflows, including workflows that may require a Business Associate Agreement before any PHI is processed.
